The Penitential Station - The Universal

Buzz Buzz Buzz

The Universal by The Penitential Station

Conceptual Ambient

Taking the lead from Italian Renaissance composer Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina, best known for his sacred musical composition and influence on the development of church and secular music in Europe, and infusing the theories of German theologian and philosopher Meister Eckhart, we get cathartic Ambient music of The Penitential Station.

Comprising two expansive tracks, Escaping Consciousness beguiles with a soothing Gregorian-style chanting while Into Essence echoes this sentiment, guiding the listener through the unknowing dark.
