Oi, where did this guy come from? French producer Paul Ténèbre may have been plugging away since 2014, diligently releasing an increasingly honed form of Techno on his Ténèbre Audio label, but it's taken the wily A&R at West Norwood Cassette Library to guide him into the limelight... thankfully!
