New to me, the satisfyingly massive Techno of Paul Birken
From Bandcamp's recent article 30 Artists Showcasing Techno’s New Punk Attitude I discovered the satisfyingly bangin' Acid + Techno of American producer Paul Birken. He's been active since the mid-90s and primarily makes music with hardware. He's released on various labels including Mord, Earwiggle and his own Tonewrecker Recordings. I highly recommend perusing his Bandcamp pages which have a range of single tracks from collaborative EPs, remixes and his own artist releases. Pretty much everything is "name your price" with the exception of his brand new EP Drool Puddle Yacht Club (on Don't), priced at the exquisite price of $9.09!
