A few good tunes Vol 45

Nine great tunes to zing your buds!

A playlist with music by Pom Pom, Vatican Shadow, Joannes, Substance, 1800HaightStreet, Dominik Marz & David Kochs, Cherushii & Maria Minerva, Antoine Kogut and Joe Tossini and Friends

  1. Pom Pom - Untitled 7 - taken from the mysterious artist's recent album Untitled II, this flutters and soars with feeling
  2. Vatican Shadow - Hellfire Hidden Tribes - highlight from new EP Opium Crop Airstrikes on Hospital Productions
  3. Joannes - Vrijdag (Nadia Struiwigh Remix) - on the back of her largely overlooked sophomore album WHRRu, the Dutch producer Nadia Struiwigh has worked her magic on a Joannes track from her Got Needs EP
  4. Substance - Countdown - DJ Pete returns with a new EP on Ostgut Ton called Rise And Shine. Countdown is probably the highlight
  5. 1800HaightStreet - Age - more Lobster Theremin goodness, from forthcoming EP Age
  6. Dominik Marz & David Kochs - Strangers In Paradise - the Bavarian duo were snapped up for the Huntleys + Palmers "Belters" series on the strength of this EP
  7. Cherushii & Maria Minerva - A Day Without You - sad and poignant posthumous release featuring Cherushii, who died in the Oakland fire of December 2016. There's five more tracks and a remix of A Day Without You on the S/T EP
  8. Antoine Kogut - Coquillage Argenté - sweet Pop from the ex-Syracuse man Antoine Kogut, that balances French male and female vocals. He's made an ode to the sensations and reveries that arouse. Taken from the album Sphere of Existence on Versatile Records
  9. Joe Tossini and Friends - Lady Of Mine - it sounds older, but Lady of Mine is the 1989 debut LP by Italian-American Joe Tossini and is being re-released by Australian label Efficient Space. Lovely
