A few good tunes Vol 50
Sweet little eight track compilation that goes from Electro to Downtempo via Acid and Pop
Listen to A Few Good Tunes Vol 50, featuring Years Of Denial, Maxime Alexander, Random XS, Delta Funktionen, Datawave, Afrikan Sciences, Shari Vari, Lucas Croon, Circa 2000 and åmnfx.
- Years Of Denial - Crow - more delightfully dark vocal Electro on Pinkman, this time from the French and Czech pairing of Jerome Tcherneyan and Barkosina Hanusova as Years Of Denial. Taken from their new EP Body Map
- Maxime Alexander - Take My Hands - probably the best track from the new Metro Jaxx Vol. 2 EP on Balkan Recordings. Vocal Acid for the win!
- Random XS - Give Your Body (Delta Funktionen 3AM Mix) - Dutch Electro-Meister Niels Luinenburg aka takes the 1992 classic from Random XS and projects it into the future on this lovely remix package from Delsin
- Datawave - Metathesis - subtle, slowly-building track with a melodious Electro vibe from the Belgian producer Gaetan Votion. taken from new EP Inceptive, with a remix from Exhausted Modern
- Afrikan Sciences - Humanistic Center - the US producer returns with Centered, a new album of downtempo, broken beat, experimental music
- Shari Vari - Out Of Order (Lucas Croon Dub) - catchy, dubby vocal thing, with hints of Acid from Out Of Order EP. Not much info on this tbh but it's pretty good
- Circa 2000 - Know The Party - delicious Electronic Pop from UK producer William Wiffen, aka Circa 2000, taken from Faith Healer LP on Lapsus Records
- åmnfx - This Is Not The End - mournful closing track on second LP this year This Is Not The End from busy Russian producer Vasily Skobeev
