The Loop Pointer from Hillcrest Labs is a new take on the standard computer mouse: to use t you wave it about in the air! The wireless device replicates hand movements while the ergonomic, hoop design makes it suitable for left and right-handed people.
Hillcrest aren't really pushing it as an accessibility aid but I think they might be missing an angle there.
