Electric Deluxe - Moerbeck
Here's another excellent mix courtesy of Electric Deluxe, arguably the best electronic music podcast on the go
Moerbeck is a new artist to me, and based on the strength of Episode 139 of the Electric Deluxe podcast, I'll be digging into his back catalogue quite soon.
With a quick look at the track selection, you'll be correct in assuming the vibe is low-key and chilled; it's packed with many beautiful moments like Bonnie Becher's Come Wander With Me and Yann Tiersen's Prayer No 2. And it's surprising how well the Doctor Who theme tune slots in between Tuxedomoon and Keith Fullerton Whitman.
Plenty of new artists for me too, including Aum Guy, Haruka Nakamura, Ursula Bogner, Jemapur and The Boats.
